Turtle in Clark, NJ is hiring a Cash Applications Associate to process payments, prepare remittance details, and analyze payments for deductions. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule and a starting hourly wage in the $20–$25 range.

You will support the Credit and Sales teams, balance daily reports, and work with checks, wires, and credit card payments. The team values reliability, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Office experience, preferably in finance or accounting areas.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Highly organized, dependable, motivated, responsible and a team player.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Process payments (checks, wires, credit cards) for daily cash application.
• Prepare all checks/wires that need remittance details.
• Analyze payments for deductions and discrepancies.
• Apply necessary offsets with proper supporting documents daily.
• Balance and run all daily reports.
• Assist the Credit and Sales teams retrieving Proof of Delivery documents.
