Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree required with at least two years of relevant work experience.
• BA degree preferred with at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Strongly relevant work experience of at least four years may substitute for the BA degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed case management services and referrals.
• Complete daily documentation, interpret reports and assessments, and maintain client records.
