Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of professional experience OR a master’s degree in related fields.
• Ability to develop relationships with students, employers, faculty and alumni with a commitment to diversity.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Develop advising programs and learning tools for focused career searches.
• Research industry trends and share insights with students and faculty.
• Lead or participate in projects supporting career success goals.
• Review resumes, conduct practice interviews, and guide job targeting by industry.
• Coach students on job search strategies for different sectors.
• Source job/internship leads through networks and boards.
• Perform other duties to meet office objectives.
