Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Certification of laboratory safety training must be achieved annually.
• High School diploma/GED and/or sufficient experience to perform duties.
• Knowledge of clinical research trials regulations (FDA and OHRP).
• Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology; intermediate level preferred.
• Ability to analyze regulatory changes and impact on processes.
• Administrative skills with good judgment and initiative.
• Analytical skills to evaluate information and procedures and make recommendations.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Knowledge of IRB policies and ability to document research data.
• Ability to compose reports and maintain accurate documentation.
