Job summary

Finario seeks a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Success & Implementation team in Stamford, CT. You will respond to functional and technical queries, advise on capital investment best practices, and help customers maximize the Finario platform to improve Capex management and business results.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with product, sales, and engineering, contribute to training, and build lasting customer relationships while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of work experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Technical skills connecting to and building reports in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).
• API connectivity and querying (Open, RESTful).
• Self-starter who can own the ongoing success of both large and small customers.
• Detail-oriented with a strong track record of follow-through.
• Natural curiosity and a genuine desire to help people.

Responsibilities

• Implementation: collaborate with Finario customers to define and implement new configuration requirements during onboarding.
• Provide high-quality support: help end-users with application questions and resolve problems promptly.
• Training: improve training materials to help customers, internal teams, and partner resources.
• Serve as a solution expert: educate users on the software platform.
• Optimize customer usage: drive adoption and improve Capex management.
• Client relationship management: be the main point of contact, building deeper relationships.
