The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of defense litigation experience, hands-on case management from inception to completion, knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law, and CA admission.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of defense litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience taking a case from inception through completion.
• Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred.
• Must be admitted to practice in CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation.
• Provide strong oral and written advocacy for clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop defense strategies and prepare defense materials.
