Job summary

Foley & Mansfield seeks an exceptional Litigation Attorney to join the California general litigation team. The position requires managing cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, with excellent oral and written advocacy. California admission is required.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility on in-office vs. remote days. Ideal candidates will have 4-7 years of defense litigation experience and prefer knowledge in products liability, toxic tort, or general liability

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of defense litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion.
• Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred.
• Must be admitted to practice in CA.
