The role involves managing renewals, resolving issues, and supporting new business opportunities through existing relationships, while coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely, accurate client deliverables.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in commercial lines with 3+ years in client management.
• Experience establishing strategy for commercial programs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with timely deliverables.
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent client relationship building and presentation skills.
• Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• State Property/Casualty insurance license required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop effective commercial lines programs with producers and clients.
