Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software development and business analysis.
Experience across full SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

Requirements & Workflow Analysis: Elicit, document, and validate business needs and acceptance criteria.
Technical Design & Architecture: Create specifications, diagrams, and development plans.
Software Development & Integration: Build, test, and deploy applications with RESTful APIs.
Data Modeling & Analytics: Model data, write SQL, and generate insights.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Assist with test planning and UAT to ensure high quality.
Documentation & User Support: Produce technical designs, release notes, and guides.
Continuous Improvement & Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues and optimize workflows.
