Northeast Delta Dental is seeking a Business Analyst to join our on-site hybrid team in Concord, NH. The role supports our custom enterprise system and company websites by conducting detailed requirements analyses, documenting processes, and testing enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of training, experience and/or education may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analyses for the custom enterprise system and company websites.
• Document processes and test complex enhancements and changes to system applications.
• Coordinate priorities and communicate with project teams and leadership.
