Job summary

Morph Enterprise in Lansing, MI is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to support discovery, process analysis, UAT, training readiness, and Azure DevOps backlog management.

You will bridge business operations and technical delivery, ensure solutions meet needs, and drive adoption across end users through clear documentation and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years gathering requirements from users.
• 6+ years designing technical and business requirement documentation.
• 4+ years applying Agile / SCRUM methodologies.
• 3+ years using Azure DevOps backlog management tools (Kanban/Sprint).
• CBAP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and operating procedures.
• Identify process improvements and assess operational impacts.
• Document manual processes, workarounds, and exception handling.
• Create end-to-end business and system interaction diagrams.
• Refine product backlogs with Product Owners and write acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT planning and tracking with stakeholders.
• Assist with training readiness and user adoption activities.
• Maintain backlog traceability between requirements, testing, and implementation.
• Support ADO dashboards, reports, queries, and documentation.
