Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, public administration, or related field.
• Experience with financial and administrative systems, spreadsheet and reporting tools, query tools, databases, and related procedures.
• Ability to develop financial models, interpret data, and support management decisions.
• Knowledge of governmental or not-for-profit financial practices.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop staff; collaborate across the organization.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; willingness to learn Banner and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and multi-year budgets with the Director.
• Advance multi-year financial planning and resource allocation.
• Lead the implementation of the university's budget model and related tools.
• Collaborate with units to support enrollment and tuition planning.
• Provide training and leadership on financial systems and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting across units.
