Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive finance/accounting experience focusing on financial analysis and accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA desirable.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate department budgets and operating expenses.
• Support monthly close, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Assist with regulatory filings and grant-related financial reporting if applicable.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor financial performance and trends.
• Provide financial insights to operational managers for cost-control decisions.
• Mentor junior finance staff and drive process improvements.
