North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) seeks a Budget and Contracts Manager for the Money Follows the Person (MFP) program. You will oversee federal/state budgets, contract operations, and financial reporting, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure compliance and positive outcomes.

• Experience independently managing complex federal or multi‑fund budgets.
• Annual financial planning, quarterly reporting, and year‑end closeout for large programs.
• Ability to design and implement policy and contract procedures.
• Strong communication with internal staff, contractors, and partners.
