Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) in Dallas offers a year-round internship within the Enablement pillar. You will research and catalog the six Enablement areas, building a complete product inventory while gaining real-world experience in financial services.

You will work up to 20 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours in the summer, with a 1,000-hour cap. The role is hybrid, with anchor days in the office and limited remote work, under supervision of the Enablement Pillar

Qualifications

• Rising senior or second-year graduate student, graduating December 2027 or May/August 2028.
• Major: Computer Science or Business Analysis.
• Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira (required).
• Cloud infrastructure basics and networking knowledge are preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Researching and cataloging all products and tools within the six Enablement areas, with guidance from the Pillar Lead and supporting analysts.
• Documenting the functional purpose and business relevance of each identified product.
• Evaluating and prioritizing which products require full requirements analysis documentation to ensure sustained support.
• Drafting a written analysis explaining the rationale behind each prioritized product's need for formal requirements documentation.
• Maintaining organized documentation throughout the internship using Confluence and Jira.
