SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a BSA Specialist (Temporary) in Riverside, CA, offering a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on reviewing and researching member transactions to identify suspicious activity, ensuring compliance with BSA/AML requirements and OFAC regulations.

The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC, and familiarity with the Symitar system. The role supports audits and regulatory reporting, with a 40-hour work week and pay range

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
1–3 years of relevant experience required.
CAMS certification preferred.
Entry level knowledge in BSA, AML, CIP and OFAC laws.
Familiarity with Symitar system and AML applications preferred.

Mansioni

Review and research member transactions to identify and report suspicious activity.
Monitor reports, logs, and data for unusual trends and activity.
Conduct enhanced due diligence on high‑risk accounts and entities.
Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory examinations.
Assist with BSA/OFAC questions and reporting across the team.
