Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, or Concrete Industry Management.
• 1 Year of demonstrated competency in planning, developing and/or constructing projects for Transportation Engineering Specialist 1.
• 2 Years of demonstrated competency in planning, developing and/or constructing projects OR 1 Year for Transportation Engineering Specialist 2.
• 3 Years of demonstrated competency for Transportation Engineering Specialist 3.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for Project Teams and apply TDOT Quality Assurance Program, identifying capacity concerns and recommending solutions.
• Integrate Quality Management Guidelines into deliverables to reduce errors and delays.
• Provide technical knowledge and support for bridge performance matters and optimize team performance.
• Perform and review load ratings and evaluations on bridges using modeling software to determine needs.
