Job summary

Aquent is seeking a skilled Designer to develop visually compelling assets that bring the brand to life across digital, social, print, and in-store experiences. The role emphasizes conceptual thinking, brand consistency, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive business results.

Working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, you will design campaigns, prepare production-ready files, and contribute to the evolution of the brand identity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience in a creative agency or in-house brand environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; After Effects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design digital, print, and in-store assets including campaigns, social, emails, and signage.
• Prepare production-ready files for digital and print within deadlines and brand guidelines.
• Translate brand strategy into integrated campaign concepts with cross-functional partners.
• Contribute to brand evolution with fresh creative ideas across touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and high attention to detail.
