Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with accounting data entry or 1 year education equivalent.
• Solid understanding of A/P, reconciliations, debits and credits, and general accounting.
• Basic knowledge of financial statements and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely payment of bills.
• Manage credit card charges in Bill.com and Quickbooks Online.
• Reconcile Bill.com statement.

Skills

Professional, driven self-starters

Understanding of A/P

Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint

Experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks Online

Familiarity with nonprofit accounting

Education
