ABA New Dawn MO is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Missouri. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design ABA plans, and supervise RBTs within a collaborative clinical team. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance while maintaining high standards of client care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.

• Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
• Monitor client progress and update goals based on data.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
