Job summary

W3Global in Durham and Raleigh area seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families, overseeing clinical direction and treatment planning.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, collecting data, adapting plans, training caregivers, and collaborating with families and care teams. Must hold BCBA and NC LBA licenses; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and NC LBA license required.
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families.

The BCBA will oversee the clinical direction of assigned cases, develop effective treatment plans, provide clinical supervision, collaborate with families and care teams, and ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
