Finni Health is looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hybrid position in Boise, Idaho. Join our dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services to neurodivergent individuals. Your expertise will contribute to developing individualized treatment programs that empower clients in achieving their full potential.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and data collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Implement behavior plans with ongoing monitoring and evaluation
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Train and support parents and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB
  • In-home ABA experience required
  • Background in early childhood development and education
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the Progressive approach
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide in-home and community-based services
