Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Asheboro, NC is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy with a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach.

This full-time role offers realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, quarterly bonuses, and strong RBT training, plus flexible schedules including work-from-home days and generous benefits.
