Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in the United States. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

This full-time role offers flexible schedules, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive environment that values ethical practice and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• The BCBA certification is required and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field is preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $100-120 /hour

• Full-Time: 35 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
