Job summary

Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services for children with autism and developmental disabilities in Montgomery. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized plans, provide one-on-one therapy, and mentor BTs/RBTs.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA or BCaBA certification, a Master’s in ABA, strong clinical and communication skills, empathy, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification required.
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with children autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and client-centered care.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification (assistance available to obtain).
• Background check required by funding sources.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA or BCaBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities

• Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans

• Providing one-on-one therapy and family support

• Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)

• Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health
