Job summary

VIATechnik is seeking a BIM Manager for Studio A100 in Chicago, offering a hybrid work model with 1–3 days per week in the local office. You'll own projects end to end, manage scope, budget, and delivery, and set standards for Revit models, templates, and content.

You'll lead client engagements across retail, restaurant, multi-site and capital programs, train teams and clients, and work with a global BIM and reality capture team to push innovative solutions, including AI-driven workflow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of expert Revit experience, including 3+ years as BIM Manager
• Expert modeling, drawing, parametric family, and template skills
• Experience running projects with scope, budget, and schedules
• Experience training teams and clients in Revit
• Consulting mindset with strong client service and communication
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
• Interest in new tools incl. AI; retail or reality capture experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM projects end to end across multiple sector types
• Own Revit models, content, templates, and standards
• Train team and clients in BIM workflows
• Collaborate with global BIM and reality capture teams
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce production time
