Job summary

Jacobs seeks a highly technical Digital Delivery Project Lead to drive BIM execution, Revit workflows, and data-driven delivery on large Data Center projects. You will oversee model development, coordination, BEP adherence, and digital delivery throughout the project lifecycle, while mentoring teams and interfacing with clients.

This role supports a hybrid work model across the U.S., with a base salary range of $113,100 to $155,500.

Qualifications

• 6 or more year of experience in a Digital Delivery role.
• Technical, professional, or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience leading BIM and Digital Delivery on Data Center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of BEPs for Data Center projects.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for Revit, BIM workflows, and Digital Delivery best practices.
• Ensure compliance with client BIM standards, LOD milestones, and model quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on Revit, ACC, and model management.
• Oversee model setup, content standards, and model coordination across disciplines.
• Lead clash detection, constructability reviews, and model coordination efforts.
