Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a highly technical Digital Delivery Project Lead to drive BIM coordination and Revit workflows on large-scale Data Center projects. You will lead BEP development, model management, and digital delivery across design through construction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Digital Delivery role.
• Technical, professional, or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead BEP development and management for Data Center projects.
• Be the technical Revit/BIM resource for Digital Delivery.
• Enforce BIM standards, procedures, and BEP-compliant workflows.
• Ensure adherence to client BIM standards and LOD milestones.
• Mentor teams on Revit, ACC, and model management.
• Resolve complex BIM and Revit challenges.
• Manage multidisciplinary Revit models through design to construction.
• Monitor model health, worksharing, and quality metrics.
• Oversee model setup, file structure, and content standards.
• Coordinate model exchanges with internal and external teams.
• Lead clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
• Audit models for compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Track model progression against LOD and deliverables.
• Collaborate on digital delivery strategies with PMs.
• Coordinate workflows with Forma, Revit, Navisworks.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track progress.
• Analyze project data to drive decisions.
• Support new technologies and automation in workflows.
• Identify improvements via visualization and automation.
• Engage with clients on BIM and Digital Delivery solutions.
• Attend client meetings to review BIM and workflows.
• Communicate BIM requirements to stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with teams and client reps.
• Occasionally visit client sites for trainings and standards alignment.
