Jacobs is seeking a Digital Delivery Project Lead to drive BIM coordination and lead Data Center projects. You will own BIM workflows, BEP adherence, and model management, guiding cross-functional teams through design to construction.

The role emphasizes Revit expertise, ACC/Navisworks proficiency, and client-facing delivery with a hybrid work policy in the U.S. The base salary range is $113,100 to $155,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BIM and Digital Delivery on data center or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of BEP, LOD, and model-based project delivery.
• Proficient with ACC/Navisworks and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM execution planning for Data Center projects and ensure BEP compliance.
• Act as technical resource for Revit workflows and Digital Delivery standards.
• Oversee model management, coordination, and quality metrics throughout lifecycle.
• Guide teams on Revit, ACC, and model management best practices.
• Engage clients, manage training, and align standards with project needs.
• Lead clash detection and model coordination efforts and audits.
