Koya Medical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to manage claims submission and follow-up with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers from our Dallas facility. The role requires a strong background in medical billing, denials management, and payer communications.

You will work under the Billing Supervisor in a hybrid onsite schedule in Dallas, TX, with on-site presence required three days per week. Experience with Niko Health and Salesforce is preferred.

Qualificações

• 2 years of Medicare, Medicaid and/or Commercial Insurance experience, preferably in HME.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and Commercial payers preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance requirements in healthcare billing.

Responsabilidades

• Submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurances using Niko Health and Salesforce.
• Post payments and analyze EOBs and denials to determine root cause.
• Coordinate with payers to ensure timely processing and payment.
• Provide excellent billing inquiries support to patients and providers.
• Identify process improvements to enhance workflow and KPIs.
