Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Clinical Educator to provide disease state education and clinical support to healthcare professionals and office staff in primary and specialty care. The role includes in-person and virtual education, training programs, and travel to high-demand areas, including Spanish-speaking patients.

Requirements include an active nursing or respiratory therapy license, a degree (AS/BSN/Bachelor) or equivalent experience, and 3+ years in respiratory care. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree/BSN or equivalent work-related experience.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in respiratory disease state or related field.
• Ability to present to physicians and office staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person and virtual supplemental disease state education and engagement calls to patients enrolled in the program.
• Present educational “Train The Trainer” programs to Healthcare Professionals in live and virtual formats per client guidelines.
• Travel to assist in areas of highest demand for educating patients, including Spanish-speaking patients.
• Attend and complete all required training courses and competency assessments.
• Complete all administrative responsibilities in a timely manner (updates, activity reports, emails, expense reports).
• Attend local and national meetings to stay current on plans and developments.
• Effectively manage territories and travel beyond them as needed.
• Uncover referral pathways across multidisciplinary teams.
• Document all activity related to patients and offices timely and accurately.
• Adhere to internal and external compliance and codes of conduct.
