Job summary

Elevance Health seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to drive design and development of analytic applications and reporting tools. You will work with a cross‑functional team to deliver data‑driven insights across healthcare datasets, leveraging SQL and ETL/ELT techniques.

You will report to a Pulse Point location and participate in hybrid work, with in‑office collaboration 1‑2 days weekly, while supporting remote productivity where appropriate.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology or Computer Science with 3+ years on one platform.
• Experience in healthcare data environments is highly preferred.
• Strong SQL, ETL/ELT, and data integration capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
• Collaborates with engineers to design web portals for interactive content.
• Develops application scope, objectives, and functional specifications.
• Analyzes detailed business and technical requirements.
• Mentors others on coding standards and performs code reviews.
• Develops and tests data integration and ETL/ELT processes.
