Allegis Group is hiring an experienced BI Developer in Hanover, MD to deliver dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc tools. You will build data models in Snowflake, ensure data quality, and translate business needs into technical solutions within a modern data stack.

The role emphasizes collaboration, Agile practices, and the integration of AI-assisted development tools to accelerate analysis, coding, and visualization workflows. In-office four days a week at headquarters in Hanover.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Analytics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Two+ years of experience developing BI, analytics, data, or reporting solutions.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Snowflake Cortex, Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to BI solutions through full delivery lifecycle including requirements discovery, data modeling, visualization, testing, deployment, and support.
• Build scalable, reusable data models using Snowflake SQL.
• Ensure high data quality via automated validation and discrepancy resolution.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions using a modern data stack.
• Develop, maintain, and document QA processes with automated testing.
• Integrate agentic AI into daily workflows to optimize analytics and reporting results.
• Create interactive visualizations from multiple data sources to drive business action.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and generate predictive insights.
