Job summary

The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) in Lake Mary, FL is seeking an Associate Manager, Business Intelligence to design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support strategic decision‑making. This hands-on role partners with business stakeholders and drives BI initiatives across the organization.

You will work with Power BI, SQL, and large datasets, delivering automated reporting and data‑driven insights while advancing AI‑driven capabilities in business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of BI/analytics experience delivering insights.
• 1+ years SQL and programming languages to analyze large datasets.
• Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and automating reports/dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI work across analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets using Power BI, SQL, and other enterprise BI tools.
• Maintain and automate recurring weekly and monthly reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Perform ad hoc financial and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure BI deliverables meet data accuracy, consistency, performance, and usability.
• Lead requirements discussions and contribute to solution design for BI initiatives.
