Job summary

BankUnited is seeking a Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst in a hybrid Miami Lakes, FL role. You will develop, automate, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and BI solutions that support strategic decisions across the Bank.

You will partner with business stakeholders and IT, leveraging AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, QuickSight) and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, CS, IS, Engineering, Math, or STEM field.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and data platforms.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and automated pipelines preferred.
• Agile framework experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and validates dashboards and reports with stakeholders.
• Develops data visualizations from raw data for multiple audiences.
• Collaborates with IT to ensure data frameworks meet requirements.
• Automates recurring reporting and data workflows.
