HUB International in Norwell, MA is hiring an entry-level Business Intelligence Associate on a Hybrid schedule. You will learn to build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports under BI leadership while growing skills in Excel, DAX, and data transformations.

As you contribute to internal CRM reporting, you will explore AI tools like Claude, support SharePoint knowledge sharing, and participate in training to understand the insurance business.

Qualifications

• Foundational exposure to BI tools and reporting concepts.
• Interest in AI tools (Claude) and automation.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication; eager to learn insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Learn Excel techniques, including advanced formulas and VBA basics.
• Support CRM data-update and automation tasks.
• Maintain internal dashboards, scheduled reports, and quick-view dashboards.
• Apply Claude to reporting tasks and contribute to AI adoption efforts.
• Help organize SharePoint AI knowledge content and gather requirements.
