Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in benefits, retirement, or HR administration.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems (Workday, Fidelity).
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL, PBGC regulations and plan documents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental benefit programs.
• Manage new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and open enrollment activities.
• Maintain benefits data in HRIS and coordinate with vendors.
