Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR experience with benefits administration, compliance, or HRIS.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual open enrollment planning and communication.
• Serve as first point of contact for benefits questions.
• Support leave programs (FMLA, parental, disability) and guide employees.
• Manage relationships with benefits vendors and carriers.
• Own HR technology stack: Viewpoint, Lattice, Cypher and ensure data accuracy.
