Labcorp is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our Durham, NC team with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. The role focuses on the administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs, partnering with HR, Payroll, HR Technology, and external vendors to ensure accurate delivery and regulatory compliance.
You will develop reports and analytics in Excel, manage benefits data feeds, support annual enrollment, and help with vendor management and program delivery.

The Benefits Analyst, U.S. is responsible for the administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs, including health & welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefits. Partners with HR, Payroll, HR Technology and external vendors to ensure accurate delivery, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality employee experience. Supports data analysis, reporting, system integrations, and vendor management.
Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham.
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are limited to the 401(k) plan. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible for all benefits except PTO or FTO.
