ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is hiring a licensed behavioral health professional in Akron, OH for full/part-time work with a 65,000–75,000 USD annual salary plus a monthly incentive program. The role supports clinical oversight, intake assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration across SNF/LTC and value-based care settings.

The position requires licenses (LPCC/LPCC-S/LISW/LISW-S/IMFT), a master’s degree, Medicare eligibility, and 3+ years of clinical experience; Ohio driving

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S or IMFT.
• Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling or marriage and family therapy.
• Medicare-eligible to provide intake and assessment services.
• Minimum of three years of behavioral health or related clinical experience.
• Experience in SNF/LTC, Value-Based Care or BHI programs preferred.
• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments and behavioral health intake preferred.
• Strong crisis management and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and intake assessments.
• Conduct behavioral health intakes and psychosocial assessments.
• Support regional BHI team in SNF/LTC settings.
• Assist Value-Based Care initiatives and clinical escalation.
• Lead and mentor Behavioral Health Coordinators when needed.
• Collaborate across disciplines to shape the program.

Our clients are supported by a team of mental health counselors, social workers, certified nurse practitioners, case managers and psychiatrists to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve.

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide clinical oversight
• Intake assessments, conduct behavioral health intakes and psychosocial assessments
• Team resource support within a regional BHI team serving skilled nursing and long-term care (SNF/LTC) settings.
• Support Value-Based Care initiatives, and serve as a clinical
• Resource escalation point for Behavioral Health Coordinators
• Ideal for clinicians who enjoy systems-level impact,
• Interdisciplinary collaboration, and shaping a growing behavioral health program.

Requirements for this position include:

• At least 18 years of age
• must be licensed as an LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S or IMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling or marriage and family therapy;
• license must be maintained during employment.
• Clinical experience treating individuals with a variety of diagnoses and presenting issues is preferred.
• Must be Medicare-eligible to provide intake and assessment services and possess a minimum of three (3) years of behavioral health, case management, or related clinical experience.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care settings, geriatric populations, Value-Based Care programs, and/or Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) programs is preferred.
• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments and behavioral health intake preferred. Prior team lead, supervisory, or clinical leadership experience is also preferred.
• Must be responsible, mature and flexible; must possess excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills
• Must be able to respond calmly to crisis situations; demonstrate the ability to direct others in a confident, respectful manner and exercise good judgment in interactions with residents, families, employees, peers and regulatory agency personnel.
• Must appropriately handle confidential information.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.
