A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Hybrid Behavioral Case Manager in the Mercer County, KY area. This is a full-time position, offering 40+ hours per week.

Location: Kentucky, specifically in the Southern Bluegrass region, including Boyle, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Lincoln, Madison, Mercer, or Powell Counties.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Pay: $30.00/hr.

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and short-term disability after 90 days.

Position Description:

This telework position requires regional in-state travel 80-90% of the time. Candidates must have reliable transportation and reside in the assigned region. Flexibility to work beyond core hours may be required to serve children and families after school or after hours.

The Case Management Coordinator (CMC) utilizes critical thinking and professional judgment to support healthcare outcomes by providing advocacy, collaboration, coordination, support, and education using care management tools and resources.
