Responsabilités

• Leverage knowledge of Business Development to build client relationships.
• Identify new opportunities through cold calling and referrals.
• Pitch to potential clients and expand the client base.
• Negotiate and manage client accounts.
• Match client needs with suitable candidates.
• Predict revenue from current and potential clients.
• Work closely with the recruiting team.
