Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid role combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

The role offers flexibility for full-time or part-time, strong clinical support, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include assessments, supervision, progress monitoring, caregiver collaboration, and thorough documentation to meet ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold North Carolina licensure or be eligible for licensure in NC.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
