BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across the state with a hybrid in-home, supervision, and remote clinical duties. This role offers flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules with strong clinical support and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards compliance.
