Job summary

A behavioral health services company in Georgia is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a hybrid role that combines remote clinical work and in-home ABA. Candidates will enjoy very competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and immediate openings. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and supervising behavior technicians. Experience in ABA and a Georgia BCBA license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• License or eligibility to obtain Georgia BCBA license.
• Experience in ABA and autism services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Monitor ABA treatment plans using data.
• Supervise and coach RBTs / behavior technicians.
• Maintain documentation meeting BACB and Georgia LBA standards.
