Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid role in Georgia. The position offers a balanced mix of telehealth and in-person clinical services, supervision of RBTs/BTs, and collaboration with families, schools, and professionals to support client progress.

The role requires current BCBA certification and active Georgia LBA, with a focus on data-driven decision making and evidence-based ABA practices.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Georgia LBA.
• Experience with supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, reassess, and update programs based on progress.
• Provide telehealth and in-person clinical services in a balanced hybrid model.
• Analyze clinical data and make timely, evidence-based decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and feedback.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, schools, and other professionals to promote consistency across settings.
• Provide caregiver training and support to families implementing strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
