Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. This is a hybrid role with mostly remote work and one required in-person visit per month.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. You’ll benefit from flexible scheduling, nationwide licensing support, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska BCBA licensure or willing to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure ethical standards compliance.
