Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, and licensure support for Nebraska.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Nebraska BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain licensure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
