Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. This hybrid role allows primarily remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress. Competitive pay up to $80/hour with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Nebraska BCBA licensure eligibility or current license.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ABA for autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
