Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, combining flexibility with mandated on-site engagement.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress while maintaining rigorous documentation and

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure.
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
